Just bought the octane to use in blender.
He was on the cover of the site that you blender was compatible and now this?
Who will return my money?
This is false advertising ...

Congrats Otoy team..

But i see one thing in the features page... MOTION BLUR? does the max plugin also support this without the Multi-pass effect turned on on the std camera? i mean does Otcane camera also support Motion Blur now?

Well done to who ever it was at Otoy who fixed up the manual. Its much better now. :)
There is still some stuff that I would have included but its not bad for v 1.0. ;)

Octane version 1.00 is now available. Apart from a few small bug fixes this release is the same as RC 3. The new features like glare and bloom will be available in the next version.

Changes since 1.00 RC 3:
Fixed decreased rendering speed after disabling all emitters in a scene.
Better UI performance when big scatter nodes are selected, or when a mesh node with lots of input pins is selected.
Fixed behavior of cancel button of save dialog.
Fixed aspect ratio bug when specifying a resolution on the command line.
The Linux version can locate the octane.dat file when the path to octane contains non-ASCII characters.

BTW Otoy guys your FAQs page has a section 'Availability and the beta program' which talks of things that are no longer relevant... ;)
Nice site make over though. Good to see some attention paid to the business fascade. Seems like after all the childhood struggles Octane finally made it. Well done team Otoy. 8-)
