I hope the same ;)
But for now i have found a bug which let me despair.
When i try to open a saved scene, Softimage crashed with a access violation in a windows file or in a file inside Softimage.
Hope i can find a solution...

The bug seams to be gone.
Here a screenshot of a test render without any problems. ( 00:33:10, DL, 9000s/px, SDK 1.11 )

Well done Face :)

Could you tell me what graphic card you use for rendering ?

Very interesting !!

Do you think it will be possible to do manual mouse button focus with your plugin like in the Octane stand-alone version ?

I don´t know if i can catch the actual cursor position inside the preview window.
I must than also create a button which would i put in the camera shader, but i don´t know if it is possible to add buttons in a shader PPG.
The function to calculate the focus depend on the mouse position exists in the Octane SDK, so there shouldn´t be a problem.
All in all i would say, with the standard preview window, i will not implement it, but for sure later on an external preview window.

Cool, this is something I use very often :)

Others questions :
1 - How works the autofocus option ?
Is it just like select object or NULL to focus to ?

2 - It seems you are close to finish your plugin or need some month before to use it or beta test it ?
