No, don't "unload" your GPUs on ebay until there is a public release and you could test the performance.

Tim (aka "hellguy") did. It's a prototype, NVIDIA kindly sent to us 1.5 months ago. Air cooled, stock clock, manual fan control via EVGA Precision.

So on water it should go something around 1.4/1.09*127=163...
So 8 x Titan X = 1304 - pretty decent result

Posted: Wed Mar 18, 2015 1:08 pmHere is the list for Cycles benchmarks. It has OpenCL support. Probably different for Octane but it looks like Nvidia cards are better.
