I feel like I am missing something - are Enteprise+ and RNDR+ the same thing?
Meaning, do I get RNRD tokens with it? Or is it he same thing as Enterprise but with unlimited (10+) render nodes?

Hello,

I have a question. I am an individual user and have always been a loyal user of octane. I hope to buy the preferential subscription of black five Festival, but I accidentally bought the annual subscription of enterprise version, so I immediately sent an email to apply for canceling the annual subscription, but it was rejected. Now I have two subscriptions of enterprise and individual, I think it's reasonable for me to apply for canceling my corporate subscription. I hope the company can handle it for me

As an annual Enterprise RNDR+ Subscriber, all we have to do is buy the top tier subscription for 29,95€ per month and we are set? What about the 10 days left we have on our current subscription. I contacted the support yesterday, unfortunately they didn't get back to me so far.

I am debating buying another year. If I do will I receive all the benefits/apps mentioned in the promotion?

Since your subscription is almost finished, the easiest way is to cancel your current subscription, to avoid the automatic renew, and purchase today a new Annual subscription (Enterprise or Studio) to have all the new benefits.
Monthly subscriptions do not have GSG Plus.

P.S. you have free access to both ORC and RNDR services, with active subscription, but render tokens need to be purchased separately.

Got in touch 4 days ago with support to ask more info about Enterprise+ before upgrading.
They only got back to me this morning, and of course, when I went to check the shop, the sale was gone :roll:
That's a borderline shady behavior on OTOY's part.

Hi Bepeg4d,

you mentioned that Black Friday for the subscription was good this week. I cancelled my exisiting to keep it from renewing and tried to sign up. It says 29.95 per month for the annual sub, but when I go to pay it says 479.00. I sent a ticket to support but haven't heard back and I just want to make sure I don't miss the deal by waiting. Is there anything I can do?

I've subscribed, I did it for Black Friday. It's now Dec 5 and I still can't post to most of the forums. Specifically the C4D one.

Why is this??

Multiple emails to support unanswered.
Nice introduction for a paying customer to not be able to post except in these general areas.
