Error exporting OCS from Revit 2022 plugin

Hi Faceoff,

I am using Revit 2022 to export an OCS to standalone. Every time I try to I get an error message (see attachment). The only way I can make this error go away is by clearing the Revit Cache folder. But after every export I need to clear the cache or I get the error again. Please provide a fix.

Hi

I couldn't reproduce this error. Are you on the English version of Revit? Does it happen with all scenes, or just one? What is the exact sequence of steps you are taking to export to OCS please?

Hi Faceoff,

Yes, I am using Revit 2022.1.2 (English version).

I open a perspective view in any revit file. Then for the 'first time' in that file I go to the Add-Ins tab and I click the Octane icon and this will launch the octane dialog box. Once in the dialog box, I can open the viewport and export Ocs from standalone.

Once I close the octane dialog box, if I click on the Octane icon on the Add-Ins tab to launch Octane again then I get the error message.

To avoid the error, sometimes restarting revit works otherwise like I mentioned before, I need to close revit, go clear the cache folder and come back to launch the Octane dialog box.

I can now replicated this issue, and will post a new release to fix the problem in the next 24hrs.
