Hello,
does anyone know if walk through is still supported?
I tried a simple minimum scene but it seems not working, I tried the latest two version 65,66 both are the same on revit 2019, revit 2021...

Thanks. Can you please supply the Journal file for the Revit session where a walkthru animation has failed. Journal files can be found in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit [Revit version]\Journals.

Hi. I cannot see anything wrong in the journal file. Are you able to send me the simple walk-thru .rvt file you are using please?

Thanks

Paul

it just means from my side any walk through will not be exported, it is nothing to do with the specific file...

I have looked into this issue in detail, and it appears that all the UI automation tools that the plugin uses to interact with the Revit UI (ie. the method used to click the "Next Frame" button) are no longer working in Revit 2019 and Revit 2020. I will see if there is another way of implementing this, however it might be a case that the walk-thru's can no longer be rendered.

Thanks

Paul

Thanks Paul.
It's good to know, revit 2018 can still do walk through with octane

I am unsure of which Revit version the UI automation process changed. So you would need to test it on Revit 2018 yourself to find out (or I will test it when doing the next release).
