I have a linked rvt file. But I'm not sure if It caused this problem.
ok~ Now I see.
But I think it still doesn't make sense........
1. Because when we save the view, we usually adjust the field of view both of horizontal and vertical. It is easy to work for us. (my colleagues and I)
2. Is it possible to add the function that matching the aspect ratio of revit view with the resolution or the aspect ratio lock tool ?
I have tried Indigo render for revit before, I really like that it can match the view with revit perfectly and easy to save the view for batch render.
But I LOVE the octane render more! (I even updated to version 3 at first time)
(I had used octane for SU before, but now I turn to use Thea render for SU.
Because octane for SU really disappointed me..... it cant use "batch render", can't making animation, can't export all the views to standalone, even sometimes can't use proxy....
So I just want octane render for revit can be more useful and easier to use, not to be the "next octane render for SU". )
I really appreciate your team bring Ocatne for us, it is good at the quality of render!
But, sometimes to let users work easier is also important. If you can improve the camera function, I think people would love Octane more than ever.
THX!
