P.s. You can orient an orthogonal camera view to a plane or a view (like a floor plan view for example) without needing to create a section first by using the drop menu in the camera steering wheel controls. (Turn on via Shift+w from within any 3D view)

Look for 'orient to view' 'orient of plane' (or google it to get the autodesk instructions).
dependinf on how 'long' you drew the camera you can just adjust Far Clip Offset parameter to capture more or less depth from camera.

Also, using this method you can do a perfectly centred, perspective plan view which can be quite striking ...
