This looks great and intriguing. Do you use carbon scatter with Maya... or Vue.
I'd like to use it for Maya but I have not heard that much about it.

What app are you using it in?

Thanks

my Hardware is a old Geforce 470.
I use CS with Cinema 4D.
Its a cool Programm to distribute vegitation....and its not so buggy like Vue :-)))

wow, massive instances...
You converted the Carbon Scatter geometry? pebbles are visible in the viewport?

If you usue alphachannel textures for grass/leaves then try to replace with geometry. They render much faster.

@gabrielefx
no, i dont converted the geometrie.
why should I?
if I convert, they are no longer parametrically.
In CS u can say, u want to see only 10% of your instances or something like that.

thx @ mbetke
i know. Its the same in Vray and other renders.
Alpha tooks to long...
