Hi Paride,

I'm looking at this (even though I still have 6.14 installed due to ongoing jobs :() , and it seems to be one possible solution for adding wrinkles normals map to a lorez character... do you think its possible? and then wire parameters to a morph for example when the character is moving the eyebrows up it would AUTOMATICALLY activate the intensity of a normals map on one of the materials of this composite material?

EDIT: I just tried the demo and the workflow above WORKS!!!! BUT... the object stay black in the viewport (I tried click show map in viewport but nothing)

Can you please fix the show material in viewport PLEASE PLEASE??

Nildo

Also Another problem I found... I connected a morph target to the normals power value and it works in the octane viewport...

but when i want to render out an actual animation..the morph target works..but octane IGNORES the wire parameter to the Normal power value..so the "wrinkles" do not show up.. whether the mesh is on movable proxy or not...

even in the octane viewport...i have to always press "rebuild scene" for the change to happen..

Hi Nildoe,
this issue depends on Composite material preview in 3dsMax viewport.
I sent the issue to developers.
