Hi,
Hera are several shots from a personal project inspired by Ricardo Bofill, it consists of the re conversion of an old cement factory. Though the purpose was not to reproduce Ricardo Bofill's project, I just liked the idea and wanted to make something more personal.

Modeled with Blender
Rendered with Octane Standalone 3.06 test 3
Postpro with Affinity Photo

This is really cool. Super job!

What did you use for plants and scatter? It fits together well with the building.

Grass is mainly made with Blender Guru grass essential.
Trees are made with my own tree generator I created some years ago for Blender 2.49, but still useful ;)
Trees are placed manually, grass is generated using Blender particles.
For the plants growing on the buildings, I used the Blender grease pencil to draw over them, convert the grease in curves, convert them in meshes and added particles over the surface to scatter plants on, this is very useful as it allows me to use instances for this huge amount of objects.
Everything is rendered with a limitation of 3Gb and some 1400Mb of extra out of core memory ;)

Awesome work, was gonna ask about the plants and then kept reading (We use Blender and standalone as well).

Only crit I would have is the windows seem too clean for the rest of the scene (At some parts I thought I was looking through the building).

How are you exporting the grass to standalone? We tend not to use that many parts to the grass essentials because we have to export a particle system for each different thing.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback,

The grass essentials are indeed exported using particles with groups, I modified the exporting script to allow exporting them and create scatter file selecting group elements randomly but after that of course each element of the group should be added in the standalone which could be a bit annoying :?
