Here are two other shots, I reduced the texture size and succeeded on rendering that scene. Still no spec map to not exceed texture limit.

About 1.4 megasamples/pxl
38 min for the first one and 12 min for the second
About 235000 polygones

HDR lighting

Some postpro to fix contrast and to add chromatic abberragion

the lens fx / chromatic abberation makes it look very realistic.

does the first one have actual glass in the windows ?
that would make it inefficient with the current octane render (no bidir yet) therefore the longer rendertime.

it's still very good though, 38 minutes :)

Nice images. Definitely, more archviz images in the gallery will help at this starting point.
