The black carpet in the last pictures is done with 3ds max hair&fur?
What kind of material is that? Looks great...

fur under the armchair is hair&fur and carpet and fur on sofa are forestpack. Mix material glossy/diffuse with transmision and falloff.

I used this scanner+software http://www.gom.com/metrology-systems/sy ... -core.html
Very accurate analog machine. Models will be avilable in a few month.

Very impressive! and as others have already pointed out, your people photo matching is spot on. I thought they were 3D as well, as there are a few really nice models available out there.

Sure, it is not for everyone, 41 000 EUR. This scanner is uses mostly in industry.
