No way! The child is holding the balloon like that for a reason. She is communicating with something inside the house... That is if she is a human at all. Or, she is about to let the balloon go in memory of her friend who was lost in the building she dare not enter. Why is she alone? And why is her hair so clean? Am I the only one who saw the strange shadow she is casting. Only ME!?

Ok, forget it. It's Detroit. I guess anything is possible.
