Hi Guys,

Hadn't had much time to play with Octane since the demo version was posted. Here are a couple of renders I did quickly using some old models. There's minor post on those, mainly for glare and CA.

Render times were between 2 and 5 minutes each. Rendered at 1024x1024 and slightly downsampled here.

What to say Bertrand?! It's the sh*t mate! ;o))

I love the close up of the neck rest on the first
image and the composition of the third. I'm not
a big fan of the creases in the leather on the
second one as they are not convincing.

As you know I always love a bit of nitpicking,
especially at your fantastic stuff. I hope you
don't mind me pushing you further. ;)

take care

love the chair :)
It's a pity the glass is a bit undersampled in the 3rd image...
This should go a bit better with the next release.

Thanks guys. Just fooling around, really.

Hey Psor, so nice to see you here. How have you been doing?

I think I might upload my beta images here, all in the same thread, since they're still in a hidden part of the forum.
