Camera jerking In Stand-Alone

Hey Paul,
I'm getting a weird rendering issue in the octane standalone when rendering and animation I exported out the plug-in.
There's a camera jerk every 10 frames. I exported out the animations several times from the plug-in and I keep getting this camera jerk every 10 frames. From different poser files.
I tried adjusting the camera settings to match the frame rates. Turning off motion blur.
Extending render time.
Turning off shutter speed.
Still have the same issue every 10 frames

Hi,

Instead of camera related, could it be due to the sub-frame value requiring adjustements? It's usually the case. Worth double-checking.

Where is the setting located?
In the Standalone or the plug-in.
And in which tab.
Thanks

Can you delete all props/figures in the scene and add a cube, then confirm the issue still happens, and if it does, send me the pz3 file please.

Thanks

Paul

Yes It still happens. Here is the PZ3.
I also added the Exported animation from the plug In.

Thanks

I see the issue - it looks like a problem getting accurate Dolly Camera coordinates and angles. Using the Main Camera seems to be OK. I will report back when I know more.

Also, I just realized I'm using version Poser 12.0.752 - 2021-11-24.
Would that have anything to do with the issue?

Hi

This is caused by a bug in Poser 12 (including the latest version released a few days ago). I have been able to get around part of the issue, which may resolve your problem. Can you please try https://render.otoy.com/customerdownloads/plugins/7c/8f/b8/b1/OctaneRender_for_Poser_2022_1_0_115_ENTERPRISE.exe? This is the ENTERPRISE build using the latest Octane 2022.1 render engine (although does not include all the new 2022.1 nodes).

Thanks

Paul
