I get this message trying to load textures I have exported as orbx in my previous version

for some reason i remebered many versions ago the options under general preferences-use external binary morph targets caused system crash so i switched it off and saved my preferences
and then the octane render window opens without crashing so maybe this is the solution more work to try yet

that got my scene rendered but did not fix loading or exporting to or from orbx

No- added a new character to the scene and crashed after losing the pathways to all the textures

So I uninstalled octane from poser and re installed it restarted my computer as well, tried the scene again crashed twice but third time it rendered and no crash and did not lose the texture pathways talk about a lab rat going in circles

still has not solved my query from the start of this thread

things are sort of stable at the moment but every time the pixel/samples update it flashes to not responding and back in a blink
