Color Correction Node

Hi, just a little question about the "Color correction" (CC) node in the V4 version.
In the CC Node, we cannot push the "Brightness" slider beyond "1" (to brighten/lighten up the "Input" any further, within the CC Node)
In the latest V4 version of the plug in (4.05.0.97), the max value is "1".
Everything lower as "1", darkens the "Input" (as expected).
Is the Brightness max value of "1" a limitation of the V4 version of the Octane Renderer?

The plugin caps the Brightness to 1. In Octane Standalone you can force a value higher than 1, but it doesn't make it brighter - it just washes out the texture.
