Hi what am I doing wrong here?

I'm using HDR exr files for sky textures, and the light is VERY intense, colors oversaturated
and contrast intense... what am i doing wrong here? power is at 1 and gamma at 2.2.

A .hdr file will generally have a gamma of 1, not 2.2.
