When launching the Octane Render in Poser 2014, I receive the following error: " device 0: failed to find a CUDA binary matching compute model 6.1". Checking the active box does not hep.
I am able to render with the Octane Render standalone, I rendered the sample chess set.

OctaneRender 3.04
Poser plugin 2.16.0.38

Windows 10 x64
Nvidia GTX 1060, Driver 372.70
Cuda drivers version 8.0

Poser 2014, version 10.0.3.26510

Please make sure there aren't any old versions of Octane hanging around, as if the plugin loads an old version without Pascal support that might be causing this issue.

Yes, installing the latest Octane 3 build of the plugin should resolve this issue. You are currently on the Octane 2.16 build of the plugin which does not support your graphics card.

I just got a new pc with a rtx 2070, and it's now a paperweight if i can't octane. Help please?

edit: it's worse than I thought, the standalone version is telling me the same thing

I doubt you will get OctaneRender 1.50 to run. You need to upgrade to the latest version.

The most cost effective way to upgrade is to take up the upgrade offers each time a new release is available. And now you have another option with the Studio license, which is a monthly subscription.
