I'm sorry Sam - without actually being able to access your system, I would be guessing. There must be something different between your two systems which triggers this behavior, but I am out of ideas.

Pls see http://poserphysics.blogspot.com.au/2014/12/clearing-all-octanerender-for-poser-data.html for how to do this.Maybe another option under Poser's Render tab to launch a modified instance of OctaneRender plugin to read all materials from Poser fresh and ignore anything previously saved in the .pz3 file? Just wondering.
