The 32bit version of the plugin is no longer supported (and I no longer have a 32 bit system to test on anyway) - so I can't help with the crash - sorry. However you can manually enable dial linking by editing the config.xml file (https://docs.otoy.com/manuals/products/poser/v-3/installation-and-overview/defaults/) and adding
