The Power of Bump for Mix Materials

Just a quick question ...
We now can set the Power of Bump up to "5".
Dose this only go for a single Greyscale Images?

I wanted to play around a bit with a Mix Material in the Bump channel, there, the Power went to 1 at max.
Same goes for proc. materials like Marble, Turbulence, Checks ... all go to a max. of 1.

Are there some restrictions (yet?), we have to keep in mind?

Bump powers > 1 are only supported when the Image node is connected directly to a Bump node.
