I have exceeded the total number of textures limit set in the plugin. The dialog box says to 'click the Setup button on the Settings tab if you need to specify different texture limits.'

The setup button doesn't have anything on it to allow this:

Refresh time(ms)
Video card
Allowed Scaled Poser Cmaera
Poser to Octane Scale factor
Expert mode
Convert Specular Maps
Convert Transparent to Spec
Keep Materials from invisible items

Likewise I couldn't find anything in the OctaneDefaults.py to help.

My total LDR RGBA(max=144) - I'm using 74
Total LDR Grayscale (max=68) - I have 70
Texture memory required is 2292.2mb, far less than my 4gb card can handle.

Where can I change these texture limits?

The setup button doesn't have anything on it to allow this:

Your video card dictates the number of textures available - pls refer to the Poser FAQ in these forums for more details. You have a 600 series - the the higher number of textures, so the config will not help you unfortunately. The 68 greyscale textures is a hard limit, so you need to use 2 less "floatimage" nodes, but you have 70 "image" nodes available - so simply change some of the node types of your bump maps from "floatimage" to "image".
