I simply can't seem to get my head around this mixed material,
Have tried like for three hours today to try and replicate what you've done, but I simply can't do it. I'm missing something.
Anyway, I'll leave that you map here and if you get time paul I would be greatly appreciated

Try the map in the transmission channel as mixed for color.
This is a quick test.
