Oh, I can't add them personally. I was just asking if you were going to grant permission so someone who handles that could add it, since it would be easier to just do it through the plugin.

I noticed that, with REDSPEC 3.0 SSS .poc, there is a call for I'm guessing a transmap on the Cornea, the name EdenCorn2.jpg. Since I don't have that texture, it is coming up white. I didn't try any of the others, so I cannot confirm if the same thing is happening with any of those.

As general feedback, now that I've tried it, I think you did a great job on the moist/wet lips and the shine in the nails. The skin is indeed very shiny, as you mentioned in your initial post, but I like it.

Thanks again!

Please do with them as you like. :)

Hi Everyone. Since the new release by Paul, I decided to load a Diffuse Glossy sss material from DB database and fiddle with it. See the pics below with description and results. Please give your Ideas and suggestions. Files will be found under my Dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ry8qa0c79aylsld/LpUplu5e93

Here is 3 comparison pictures to show the different results under the same settings, with different skin textures. I used a modified verion of REDSPEC 2.5 called SUPERSPEC 2.5.

Also Note that by changing the Bump power under the bump node under specular and sometimes enabling invert ads that extra detail.

Hi everyone. I have been playing around with the a new material structure for your V4 characters using a material mix of Diffuse and Glossy. it was quite a challenge to get everything to just the right amount of glossiness while maintaining the colour and sss without body parts becoming too transparent and weird. i have worked on the nails, the bump settings, the eyes, the lips, the teeth, gums and toung, ohh and also the eye lashes. made them look a little bit fuller and added a little bit of shine like real hair. Please note that I also have included some HDR's I use with my renders that bring out the best in the materials. it has a bit of a harder look than my REDSPEC Diffuse Specular SSS materials and the actual result start at about 1000 samples. using post effects like bloom or shine also has a more amplified effect with this material. The render time is a bit faster also. Hope you find this usefull and please leave comments and suggestions. The file is called REDZDiffGloSSSMATT.poc. and can be found here, https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ry8qa0c79aylsld/LpUplu5e93

This looks great. The SSS in her ear is perfect. The specular on her hand looks a little high to me - I'd be tempted to increase the bump a little to compensate.

Thanx Paul. Are you talking about the Glossy bump strength?

I've tended to keep the glossy and diffuse bump the same. But that doesn't mean that's right :-)
