This is great stuff!

Within 24hrs I will post a build of the plugin against Octane 1.13. It contains a fix for diffuse SSS, so that material /may/ then perform as well at SSS as specular. So that will give people more options and things to experiment with.

That's great news! Are there other fixes/new features in the new build?

Thanks for the share! I'm excited to try it out.

Indeed, many do try for photorealism in their renders, but I am like you where I like things a little more stylized. This is right up my alley. Can't wait to try it.

Will you grant permission to have this added to the LiveDB do you think?

The 2 main ones are daylight can now have diameter changed (to blur ground shadows) and sunset colors changed, and rendering priority can be lower for ppl with one graphics card sharing Windows display adapter duties.

Oh, I can't add them personally. I was just asking if you were going to grant permission so someone who handles that could add it, since it would be easier to just do it through the plugin.

I noticed that, with REDSPEC 3.0 SSS .poc, there is a call for I'm guessing a transmap on the Cornea, the name EdenCorn2.jpg. Since I don't have that texture, it is coming up white. I didn't try any of the others, so I cannot confirm if the same thing is happening with any of those.

As general feedback, now that I've tried it, I think you did a great job on the moist/wet lips and the shine in the nails. The skin is indeed very shiny, as you mentioned in your initial post, but I like it.

Thanks again!
