I just purchased poser plug in but my email was wrong

I purchased the poser plug in last night and have just realized my email address in my store account was an old one,I have just changed it to the correct one, who do i contact to make sure my download link etc comes through to the right email address

If you log into the customer area at http://render.otoy.com/index.php, then go into OctaneLive accounts, you should see your OctaneRender StandAlone and OctaneRender for Poser usernames and passwords - then you can download from the sticky thread in this forum. If you have issues, email [email protected].

Hi Maldowns,

The purchase email basically says what face_off has just explained but further to that (just in case you didn't know already):
1) You can also download from the customer area too, but you will find the latest releases on the forum.
2) You need to install and activate the standalone version first before activating the plugin.

You can also change your email address to the new one in the customer area for future.
