Noise problem

Hello,

please help to solve my problem. I rendered many times with different Octane Settings but the picture looks flat an grainy/noisy.

I use the latest stable version auf the Octane 4 Plugin. But the setting I used with the version 3 are not working under version 4

The room has a glossy floor and no natural light.

I use textured lights from octane material. I don´t want to use more light if possible.

Thanks,
Michael

You might have to let it render more samples. Indoor scenes are usually more noisier depending on how much lighting there is. You can also try using the denoiser.

Off the top of my head, AI light may help a lot. How many light sources do you have in the scene? Have you tried manually adjusting the Sampling Rate ratios to favor the most important light sources? Are you refracting light through unnecessary transparent or diffusing surfaces (glass, plastic, etc.)? Is your light emitting geometry as simple as you can make it?

There are lots of possible factors.

More info on your scene, or better yet, and example file, will make it easier to offer useful suggestions.
