Materials from/to LocalDB

I'm trying to re-use my Octane materials between DAZ and C4D (both with Octane plugin). I guess this is possible because they all use .orbx format.

How can I save a material to my LocalDB in the DAZ Studio plugin?
And how can I load from LocalDB into the DAZ Studio plugin? All I can see in the 'Materials' tab is 'OctaneLiveMaterials' with tabs for 'Quick Edit', 'My Presets' and 'Live DB'

Thanks,
Peter.

Hi Peter - yes, you can click the Import button on the Materials tab of the plugin, and then load an OCS or ORBX file - and if you want to load a material from the LocalDb, go to Octane Standalone and check the File->Preferences->Application->Local DB Directory to determine which folder contains the Local Db materials.

Thanks Paul.

How does the 'export all materials' button work? Does it create separate orbx files for all materials loaded into the scene?

Thanks,
Peter.

Hi Peter - I am not sure, so you will need to try it yourself.
