What settings do I need to select in order to use DAZ Studio Lights with Octane? Is it possible to move point spot and distant lights and have realtime feedback, so far I can only do this using the Octanerender Light panel sliders and its map but DAZ Studio lights don't seem to do anything.

You can't use daz studio lights. They don't make sense for unbiased rendering.

But you can use mesh lights just and add an emitter to it via the plugin.

So you can create a plane in DS and set it up like this, I tend to use my old reality mesh light props, but any geometry will work. You want to keep it simple though, a plane is best.

The material for the light source needs to be diffuse, attach a texture emission to the emission channel and adjust the settings as needed.

Hope that helps.
