from my pov its a bit questionable design of ds - it reads keys
bevore any other application. means keys not explicitly captured by another window/pane will always do whatever their main function in ds is. if you select a node an press delete in the viewport, it gets deleted not because the plugin handles it, but because still ds reads the key press.
i agree, to keep at least the delete key from doing this would be a pretty good idea
i will map the delete key to specific functions of the plugin (mat tab = delete material, nge = delete node, viewport = same behavior, but probably managed by the plugin itself).
