Hi Paul,
some times rhino/Octane crash. I can't reproduce it because I haven't understood why or when it happens.

Hi - yes I have seen this on rare occasions. It seems to be when closing the Viewport. If you can work out a way to reproduce it, I can fix it.

Yes, I can confirm that this happens regularly to me if I do not first, stop/close the Octane render viewport.
Once I have started crashing, I must use the task manager to shut down Rhino to rectify.

Whoops, sorry, before closing Rhino - so if I close Rhino with an Octane render viewport open/rendering, this results in the aforementioned behavior.

Thanks. I cannot currently reproduce this problem. Does it only happen with large or small scenes, or is there some other trigger you can see that might cause it to happen please?
