Hi Paul,

So glad we have our material previews back!!! Thanks for this update!

I did notice one bug, but not sure if it's Octane or Rhino -- when right clicking on a material, none of the options are selectable from the menu that pulls up.

This was an attempt to get the Copy/Paste menu to appear, but it looks like it is not working. I will get back to McNeel of this.

I have posted a TEST release of the plugin at the top of this thread as follows:

2018.1.0.105
- Compiled with Octane 2018.1 RC4
- Implements the new Render Passes Cryptomatte functions from Octane 2018.1
- Does not implement the new Vectron, Volumetric Spotlight or Vertex Attributes from Octane 2018.1. Vectrons can be used by loading an ORBX file containing a Vectron node.

Thanks

Paul

Copy and Paste of nodes is so important - Hopefully it can be fixed

McNeel have indicated this is fixed in the final release of SR14 for Rhino6.

I have posted the next Octane 2018.1 build at https://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=71037. If there are future Octane 4 builds, they will still be posted in this thread.

Thanks

Paul

I have updated the installers at the top of this thread with:

4.04.0.107
- Compiled with Octane 2018.1.1
- Fixed crash when loading the plugin with the Material tab selected
- Fixed issue where Texture Mapping changes for meshes where Live Update enabled where not being live updated in the Octane Viewport
- Fixed issue where an incorrect message appeared if you tried to use the Rhino Render->Render menu option to render when you had not yet opening the plugin Setup panel

Thanks

Paul
