How to avoid a static noise (animation)?

Hi,

I render a little animation and have the problem that there is a static noise on the output. It looks like strong dust on the display. For example I see it on a metal surface. Is there a way to avoid it? I expect a random noise changing over the time.

Best-
Micha

Ooops, this was a feature. I found the static noise option at the kernel option. I don't know why it was enabled at my old project file,
