Render Error with Displacement Terrain

I keep getting white artifacts around the border of my water plane when I am rendering a scene with a terrain. The terrain is using a displacement height map from WM3 and the water is just using a bump. Does anyone know what settings to change?

It is hard to tell without the scene - however it could be that the displaced mountain geometry is intersecting the water geometry. If this is the case, lower the Kernel->Ray Epsilon.
