Surface Count

I would like to know if this is a lightwave problem or an Octane problem.
When the count of surfaces loaded into the scene is 2761, the material is properly expressed when rendering.
However, in a scene where the count of surfaces is loaded up to 2900 or 3200, the material cannot be displayed when rendering.

Probably the problem appears from the count over 2761.

Can you solve this problem?

Hmm, I've never seen something like that, and I can't figure out why the plugin could have any kind of surface limits. Can you please enable the Octane log file to check if there is some kind of error message on it? Perhaps the problem is not the number of surfaces, but a surface that is breaking the whole scene. If you can send me the scene, I could take a look at it here.

Thanks,

It's my first time like this too.
What I've found so far is that the surface count is
If it exceeds a certain limit, the material cannot be expressed.
I tried to plant hundreds of characters.
As a result, normal materials are expressed strangely as shown in the picture.
So, if you reduce the character, the material is expressed normally.

Each character is modeling that was normally expressed as a material.

I'll review the log file again, but I think there's something wrong with the number of surfaces.

Is it possible to test whether the surface count is normal by loading the surface count above a certain number?

I use otance 2020.1.5 on lw2015.3.

Oh, and I wrote the report by clicking the wrong button. Sorry

Sorry, I can't figure out why you are reaching this limit. Can you please share an example scene with this issue to try to reproduce it here?

Thanks,
