I am rendering a 100m square displaced plane with a universal node and a pbr texture.
I a metting triangle artifacts on rendering.
Cant find from what it comes from.
Any clues?

I tried to change the ray epsilon value up or down, but i cannot get rid of the littles triangles... In lower values i get more and bigger ones.. but in Higher values, it does not change a thing, Seems that i cannot have a better result than what i got...

Try to use the vertex displacement node to check if it helps.

Thanks,

When i unplug the normal map everything looks ok, so i think the normalmap is the problem. but in LW native it works fine..

Hmm, I'm not sure if the displacement and normal maps can work at the same time, or if in fact this makes sense.

Thanks,

In fact, i created a displaced plane and saved transform the object.
I only got a bump and a normal map

Try not to use normal and bump maps at the same time. I have noticed some artifacts when using both.

Where is Displacement in that screengrab? I don't see it connected ? Only Bump and Normal ?

As i said, i did a "save transformed object" in order to have/see the real geometry in orthographics views

Thanks for the tip, i Will try to remove one of the both normal/bump map and see if it's ok .
