new render, old problem

sorry i've a problem.
render with alpha channel and see all black currectly but the glass isn't with alpha.
why!!!??? :oops:

Are you using the specular material? In this case, I think that you need to enable the affect alpha option.

i've enable affect alpha option on specular shader but there is white part.

How about the other options "fake shadows" and "thin wall"? The problem could also be related to the specular or glossy depths in the kernel node.

Hmm, I'm not sure why your object has this behavior. Perhaps it is the expected alpha rendering due to the refraction light being. Have you tried to set the refraction to 1.0 to check what happens?

nothing...with refraction to 1.0 not change. :cry:
