Lights artefacts on denoised pass Tweet

Need an explain, how can I remove, or correct, the lights artefacts on denoised pass. are not a hots pixels :

Can you please share a scene as simple as possible with this issue. I'm not sure if it is going to be easy to resolve, but I can take a look at it here. Perhaps you should try to disable the AI Light option to check if it helps.
