Is there any ETA on Octane v 4.05 plugin for LW ?

Sorry for the late reply. I'm back from a short vacation break. Octane 4.05 only has a minor core update over Octane 4.04 that in fact doesn't affect the LightWave plugin, but I can release a new plugin build including this new core without problems if you need it because you are using the 4.05 standalone for network rendering.
