You can play with the Filter Size option in the kernel options.

By default the value is set to 1.25, but you can reduce it to 1...

Values under 1 may cause crisp glitches.

Be carreful to the Hot Pixels Visibility is set to 100% or 1.0, values under 1.0 can be use to remove some isolated grain in your image, but you'll loose the sharpness, same thing if you use the denoiser in the Imager Camera...
