This sounds like some kind of connection problem related to your internet provider or something like that. Have you tried from another place, your phone ...?

Hey, have you finally been able to resolve this problem? Here from Spain all continue working fine, and there are no other reports about a problem like that.

We have recently received a number of reports regarding issues accessing our services, and have identified that all the customers affected were based in France and registered to the same ISP (Orange).

As our service monitoring shows no issues, and only customers registered with this ISP were affected, we have concluded that this is an issue with your ISP and not our servers. However, if you are continuing to experience issues, we recommend that you try switching to the DNS service provided by Cloudflare (Instructions here).
