We have recently received a number of reports regarding issues accessing our services, and have identified that all the customers affected were based in France and registered to the same ISP (Orange).
As our service monitoring shows no issues, and only customers registered with this ISP were affected, we have concluded that this is an issue with your ISP and not our servers. However, if you are continuing to experience issues, we recommend that you try switching to the DNS service provided by Cloudflare (
