instances and mdd

Hi people

I am trying to render out a small test scene containing an object (a tree) animated using MDD which has instances (twigs) attached to specific surfaces on the model. When I F10 render in native Lightwave or slide the timeline I am seeing the instances being affected by the owning object's animation, and if I activate IPR and move to different frames on the timeline the IPR render also looks correct. However, when I render in octane the object's motion is correctly rendered but the instances ignore it and stay still.

Can anyone help me please?

Sorry if it's trivial, I'm a newbie!

its fixed....it was the "update instancer" function in the octane render target.
