Match look of TFD preview shader

I have been able to get some decent looking smoke renders out of Octane with TFD-generated Caches, but the volume ramp for coloring smoke has evaded me. Does anyone have a good starting point for being able to color the smoke based on temperature like in the preview shader that TFD displays in Open GL? So having a gradient color for the highest temp to lowest temp, using all the keys in the Volume Ramp Node...

Any help is much appreciated:)

Hi,

There are a couple of topics in the forum related to the TFD volumes shading in LightWave:

Hope this helps,

Thanks for your reply Juan-

I have looked thru those threads and looked at LightwaveGuru's volume ramp discussion, but what i am looking for is a way to do something like this Houdini example, piping color values thru a ramp or image to have the color of the smoke change over time based on temperature or density or burn rate.
