Method for dirt texture before animation

Lets say I want to apply a dirt texture to a wall to show up in the corners but I do not want that affected by object animation. Like for example if I had a light socket fly onto the wall, I would not want the dirt texture forming as the socket reaches the wall. Is there any way to do this without baking/texture maps?

No way - only baking shader into image map.
