Got an issue that specular materials don't reflect or refract a mat surface properly.

someone has an answer for it, but it's for standalone. Anyone any ideas how to do this in Lightwave?

Let me think about it. I am not sure if this trick is possible with the LW plugin currently.

That's what I was thinking. That's why over at standalone, I was trying to get the developers to see it was in issue with the matte surface, that needed to be fixed in the matte surface calculations, rather than having a workaround that only works in standalone.
