Why with Octane render if you replace an image with a different one
the image is not updated in the Octane material?

This is a limitation with the current version of the plugin, sorry. It's an issue I have on my list to fix, but it will take some time, as it is not simple.

What do you mean?
An image with a different name? If I refresh the image with a different version Octane picks that up.

The specific issue occurs when you rightclick a Clip and "Replace as Still".
