I will prod the Substance devs again. As I am not having much luck so far, if you all submit bug reports to the Substance people about this, it might get more attention.

A quick note to let you know that the Substance devs have been able to reproduce this issue on Modo12.2v2. Everything seems to work OK on prior versions of Modo. They are looking into a solution.

The Substance devs say this this is now fixed in Substance release 2.7.4.
