Transparent Emission

Hi

Octane "on the fly" conversion of Modo Materials have "transparent emission" "on" by default.

Is there any way to switch off "transparent emission" without the need to create an "octane override"?

Can't the plugin have "transparent emission" "off" by default?

Thanks

"Transparent Emission" only affects textured emitters. The on-the-fly lights aren't textured.

It would be pretty easy for Paul to add it as an option on the light, but it would do nothing...

EDIT: Do you have an example where you would need this?

Actually, now that "General visibility" has been added to lights, the opacity of lights can be changed, so the "transparent emission" option would do something!

So yes, I think we should add this option to on the fly lights.

This was meant to be added to the latest 3.07.0.125 build, however Transparent Emission is not appearing in the Light Property sheet. This is fixed in the next release.
